Is there a feature/function in the chat boards were a moderator/admin can block a user's posts completely?

Not just the ignore feature, but a way to remove that "blocked" user's posts from showing up as quoted in another users posts?

We want to be able to hide referenced posts/quotes by ignored users in other’s posts.

You can delete a user in the admin CP, then choose the option to delete that members posts. Items that have already been quoted would remain though unfortunately. There is no way in which to automatically remove those.
