AdminCP > Members > Groups. Edit the group and upload a "Group Icon" on the first tab.

look, you have a picture below the post, when adding a photo to the gallery by author it was added an icon(when the file is loaded and the moderator has approved this icon appears), but i can't implement it, any thoughts?
