Where is the rss template stored?

Exetrnal rss feeds into topic and shows a snippet of the article and the following is produced

Where can i remove these two items below

"Source" probably comes from the feed itself.

You can shut off "Read full article" by editing the RSS feed in the AdminCP and disabling adding the link (it's a per-feed setting).
