I'm not sure I understand the question.

I would recommend if you want to add products to your site you add them via Commerce. Product pages in Commerce should be optimized to their specific purpose.

In other words, if I'm trying to rank a page on Google for a keyword.

Do I put the 2500 worded article with images and video on the product description or should I start a page and also have the product?

It seems one page with the product info would be best for SEO.

So shouldn't I have all the written content, images, videos, etc. on the PRODUCT page?

No need to make a page for the item as well right?

As a general rule, you don't want to spread out information on a topic over multiple pages.
