OAuth 2.0 and OpenID

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am looking to use the invision community site as an OpenID provider for Epic Online Services but cannot find how to configure it in Invision Community. Is this not supported ? Am I misunderstanding something ?

See the information they require here :

You should be able to set up as an "Other" OAuth2 server and supply the appropriate details. OpenID sits on top of OAuth2.

Hello,

I am not sure I understand where can I find Other ? The options available for the REST & OAuth don't have the option and require to provide a redirect url etc which are not used for OpenID.

Thanks,
Max

Sorry I missed that you said provider. Invision Community can act as an OAuth2 server/provider, but not OpenID Connect. Invision Community can also act as an OAuth2 consumer, and that's what I was referring to (this is set up under Login & Registration > Login Methods).
