Does anyone else struggle with these problems?

When trying to embed a link in a post I get this message 

 

 

When in the AdminCP and viewing members. I can only view the first page of members. Any other pages is NEVER accessible. I also can not use the search function. Sometimes it will work but very rarely does it decide to search anything. Clicking on pages numbers does nothing. Switching between banned, locked,  etc does nothing

There are a lot more issues similar to this and its about to push me to another platform if I cant fix it.
