Posted July 21, 20195 yr Hi, I'm trying to set up a member (using a my test member account to try this currently) as a moderator in a restricted range of subforums - I'm using the moderators tool under staff - and then under forums I've chosen the ones they can moderate. However when I test this they can still moderate in forums I haven't given access to - any ideas on why this is happening or what else i should change? Thanks
July 21, 20195 yr Author Thanks ..... i enable them to do things in the content tab; but shouldn't the forums restrict things to only the forums i've given access to? or is there no way to restrict this?

July 21, 20195 yr Author thanks ......... but hmm, i thought there was a way of limiting the areas someone could moderate
July 21, 20195 yr If you uncheck "all content", it'll show other categories. Then you can go to the Forums tab, untick "all forums" and edit them there. But all content has to be off.
