Add subscribers manually

Is there a way to manually add members to a subscription plan? Admin from a board I've converted has a bunch of people promoted to a group via a 3rd-party resource and wants to port everyone to subscriptions.

If there isn't a way, a plugin will come.

I will have to manually edit the "end date" but that's ok.
