Oauth2 to persist data in specific table

I need to store play cash as point in a table created by a plugin called Basic Points so I can display it in player leaderboard.

 

Is this possible to use Oauth2/API call to insert data to that table?

 

If yes, what url I should use assuming I am already authenticated using Oauth2/API?
