New Member Automatic Welcome Message - How do I do it?

I want to set up an automatic message that gets sent to someone's message box as soon as they complete their membership or authentication.   Where is this setting?   I can't seem to find it anywhere, and I'm pretty sure it was a simple box to check...

I appreciate the immediate response.   I was thinking there was a simple setting already in IPB for this feature.

My site is fully up to date, and was just moved to the cloud in the past month... There shouldn't be any themes or anything else cosmetic affecting the forum.  I'm still working out the  bugs in the infrastructure and feature of the site...
