Facebook app is unable to communicate with login OAuth

Featured Replies

Facebook deactivated our login app due to the app failing when Facebook users try and Sign-up. They sent us a video showing the failure. The error to the user is "Something went wrong. Please try again."

Further investigation we are seeing a System log error related to OAuthException

We have not made any changes on our end - that we are aware of and we have tested under 4.4 and it did not resolve.

Invision Support seems to think this might be a server issue where it cannot talk to Facebook. We are doubting that.

Has anyone seen this?

Resolved.

In Facebook Application settings on Facebook's Developer website under Settings -> Advanced -> Server IP Whitelist

If this is blank, leave it blank.
