Is there an option on the admin CP to change the color of the breadcrumb?

I'm using the default ips theme, and messing with it's options. I'd rather not add any custom css if possible, so i'd like to change the color of breadcrumb (and the rest of the text on that navigation area, to a certain color. is it possible?
