Automatically set language based on geo location

I am wondering if it is possible to automatically adjust the language of the board depending on a visitor's country based on geo location from their ip address without overriding the client's language choice?

Languages get set based on the headers the browser sends. So if you have a language installed that matches the users browser, they'll see that as their default language.
