Promoted record in top list

Hello. 

I have a database in which there is a table that stores shops names. I have a special column containing the value 0 or 1. If the store is promoted, the value is 1. If not, then the value is 0.

 

My question is: can I sort the list displaying these records from the database, so that the promoted stores (those with the value 1) are sorted alphabetically at the very top, and the others (with the value 0) will be displayed after these records also alphabetically ?.
