category selection for Streams needs db name

For new Streams, set up in the ACP, I can choose the content type and then the categories to be included. That works fine for “forums” and “calendars”, but not for Pages databases. The category selection box for every Pages database has no name attached to it, so I need to guess the correct one I want to change.
