Posted December 22, 20177 yr Hello there, We want to add images in created album. We know we can change the image in created album but we want a functionality or any way so that we can allow admin of that album to add images in the album. Can someone help me with that ? TIA.
December 22, 20177 yr I'm not sure I understand...in Gallery, the owner can add images to an existing album no problem depending upon your site configuration (e.g. you can limit how many images total are allowed within an album).
December 25, 20177 yr Author We have checked the setting in gallery but there isn't any setting which will limit the images : http://prntscr.com/hryi7m
December 25, 20177 yr Author Even we were logged in with "admin" credentials and created the album then also it's not showing "add image" option anywhere. [ Refer : https://prnt.sc/hrz4bw ]
December 27, 20177 yr You are looking at the image in that last screenshot. You would use the navigation bar to go back to the container to submit to it, or you could click the Create menu at the top of the page and choose to add a Gallery image, at which point you will be asked to choose a category and then an album (if enabled). Looking at that last screenshot though, it looks like you've submitted the image to a category and not an album (otherwise there should be a block that says "From the album ____" on the right there). So you won't be able to add images to an album if you're not actually using albums. You would just add images to the category instead.
December 30, 20177 yr Author Thanks but we're not getting what you're trying to say. Going back is looking like this : https://prnt.sc/hu3rfh We have checked in backend too but couldn't find "Albums". What we need to create album ? Could you please guide us ?
December 30, 20177 yr That screenshot shows images being submitted directly to a category called "Member Albums", not to albums within the category. You can configure per-group to allow users in that group to create albums or not (and what kind of albums, e.g. public, private, friend-only). If users are allowed to create albums, when you attempt to submit to a category (that allows albums, which can be shut off per-category) then you will have this option on the second step of the submission form, after choosing the category. I would encourage you to submit a ticket for technical support. You don't really need development assistance here it seems - you just need us to take a look at your configuration and offer you advice or technical support for your site.

Hey, We have checked the group permission and it's allowing everything to "administrator" group. https://screenshots.firefox.com/pEHv37WMgGQXdgmO/hairtransplant.invisionzone.com We want to know that is it possible that if one admin user create an album then other admin users can also add images in that album. Because right now it only allows user of the created album to add images in that album and no other users though they're in administrator group. TIA
