Announcement in Clubs

It would be nice if when creating an announcement, clubs was an option in the where to show section. If I want an announcement to show only in the clubs section, how can I do this without really having some custom code and pages blocks.

With that, in the where to show section for announcements, you see options for all apps you have installed. So I have Tapatalk and mail bouncer apps and those should really not be coming up as options so maybe there needs to be a dev setting to disable announcement inclusion or something like that.
