Hello!,

Ive been trying to make the other admin ranks to be able to replace, delete and edit forum threads.
I got the rank "Owner", but when i add a new administrator rank in AdminCP -> Members -> Staff -> Administrator   and give them "All permissions" they´re still not
able to move threads ??

Be sure to check Moderator permissions in Members > Staff > Moderators.
