My posting settings are as follows

I have a user who is in the group members and the sub group conversations. He's managed to post a 29mb mov file to /applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=xxxxx

The member group permissions are

The conversation group permissions are

Am I missing another permission or setting somewhere, because this is not behaving how I would expect it to?
