Default Language Problem - User falls back to none default

Hi,

I have 2 languages English and Another one.... I have picked the other one as DEFAULT and I have made all user use default language in ACP / language section...

Problem is anytime a none member user tries to browse the board they get English language instead of the other language, and also If I sign out, I fall back to English even my picked language is other language, am I doing something wrong or missing a configuration or this is a bug???

By your system language, I mean the machine you are connecting from. So in this case it would be your computer/tablet/mobile etc.

Whatever the user computer language is IPB is picking that language pack as a starter LANG pack...
