Posted October 12, 20177 yr Add a filter to the support tickets screen so that I can filter out "Resolved" tickets. Once a ticket is resolved, I usually don't care to see it again unless the issue comes up again at some point in the future. It would be nice if the resolved tickets were hidden by default, but I could click something to show them if/when needed.
