Automatic language detection

Hello,

How can i disable/turn off that automatic browser language detection. Do be honest it's a very bad idea detect browser language and then decide that person likes that on forum. 95% percent users on my forum uses ENG browsers but that does not mean they like forum on that language.

Guest default language should be forced and registered users language also forced to one. If someone want's then it can change it back to english. Like it was on ip 3.4

I found that, but that does not resolve registered users problem.
