Unapproved item on Downloads index

I'm not sure why, the unapproved item on Downloads index blocks appear after the file name. I can see it on a mobile device:

But I can't on a PC:

 

The request is to make it like all other places: show before the file name, like on file view:

 

 

when in all other places it appears before:

[Adriano Faria]

I see this is implemented. Tks.
