Is there a way to make the admin nots window bigger so you can see more than 3 lines with out scrolling? 

In the window which contains the notes.... look in the extreme lower right corner. There's a little "drag-bar" icon that looks vaguely like this, but much smaller:  /.

Click-hold that icon and drag down, that will expand the window for reading (but it is not persistent; the next page refresh will put it back to the default size).

I know I have to wear glasses but I still can not see it  any planes to improve the size of this because it's not a great deal of use as is.
