dustoff99 Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Testing functionality on my site. How do I know when I receive a support request? I don't get an email, I don't get any notifications, I don't even get a number indicating a request on the Commerce tab. The only way I notice anything is if I drill down in Commerce and I see a badge for Support Request. When I reply back to a support request, my test user will get an email. I get an email if I click the "Contact Us" link. ===== My test user only gets an email. No notification or badge indicator on the Support tab. Is that normal?

sound Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 goto the Support Requests acp page hit the my preferences link at the bottom of next page there should be options to set up notifications for support requests ?
