I have administrative tiers on my site. They go:

Community Manager

Lead Admin

Admin

Lead Moderator

Moderator

 

The manager is the lead admin and owner (me). I am the root admin and first member. I have one lead admin. I copied the admin group (default) and renamed it lead with a few restrictions put on admins to give the lead more power. 

My group the manager was also a copy. 

However the lead is unable to edit my posts. He can not quote, edit, or delete my posts. 

How do I fix that? I checked forum settings and usergroup settings. Nothing says he can't edit my posts. He essentially has every permission I have. 

Ideas? 

Did you give those groups moderator permissions as well?

Remember in IPS4 it's possible for someone to have AdminCP permissions but no (or insufficient) Moderator permissions.
