i cant see how to edit the MENU titles?

guess i could just delete and add back in again.

If I've understood what you mean, you have to change that in the language pack.

The easiest way to do that is to enable "Quick Translating" (ACP -> Customization -> Languages -> click "Translation Tools" -> enable Quick Translating)

Then on the front end, click-HOLD on the word "Forums" in the nav bar.

It will open a window with the current value. Edit that to your desired word, and press enter. That will change the word "Forums" to your text, everywhere it's relevant, including the Menu Manager. (Make sure to disable Quick Translating when done.)
