I'm still trying to figure out my way around IPS4. Previous to our upgrade, we did not allow guests to view profiles since people fill out some personal info in them (such as Skype address and all that). Since the upgrade, guests are able to view profiles and I can't find the setting in the AdminCP to disallow that. 

Does anybody know where it is?

ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System, click permissions (padlock) on the same line as "Profile" and then select the groups you want to be able to view it.
