Forum - Post comments and moderator notes

On begin I wand sorry for my really bad English

First: IPB Q&A to perfect need only post comments like stackoverflow forum.

Second: will be nice if we can see native moderators note like this plugin's:

 I tried make this for own hand, but php and "documentation" is for me bottle neck.

I think the best solutions will be make this in \IPS\content\comment class, but I dont wand touch this (because probably on every update I was edit this class again).

I really like the post notes idea, I'll start working on a plugin for it if nobody else has.

Hi,

is there a change that such a plugin is available for IPS4?

It would be great if the plugin was for posts and topics as well so that as an admin I could add a note to the whole topic not only one post.
