Member CRM

Hi,

We are big on getting to know our members / customers.

With all the data collected on the forums / pages etc is there a CRM tool that can allow us to track and get a better understanding of each member.

We want to build a profile on that member and then provide specific content or marketing.

Such things as pages visited, topics viewed, posts, logins, messages etc.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the market place and the usage of data and getting a 360c of your member / customer is vital going forward to create engagement and avoid churn.
