I know it's possible, but I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

I'm using [HSC]'s topic template tool, and for one application, I would like users to only use the template, and not have the generic text box.  How would I go about doing that?

Not 100% sure I understand what you're wanting but it is not possible to remove the standard editor without major customization and dependencies on those customizations as your system would mostly no longer be feasible to be upgraded.
