Just updated to 4.1.9

I just updated to 4.1.9 today from 4.1.8. I read through the changes that the update said had been made. I'm sure one of the changes was that we now have the ability to "Close pools". I've tried looking everywhere but still don't see an option for this?? It's something I think would be of benefit to a lot of forum owners. Is there somewhere to look for this setting that i may have missed?

Members>Staff>Moderators>Choose Group to set moderator permissions; when editing its under the content tab, its at the bottom. 'Can close polls'
