On the Admin Panel when I go to it I get a pop up stating authentication required but I forget the username and password for pop up. Where can I find this in a db or file to retrieve the user name and password thank

If it's a browser dialog box then you probably used the 'Add a secondary admin password' option in the ACP, which will prompt you to enter a username and password to be used and will then write a .htaccess & .htpasswd file to your admin directory to force this to happen.

If that rings a bell with you, and you don't actually remember the username and password then log in to your ftp and delete those two files in ADMIN folder.

Otherwise....provide a screenshot of the prompt.
