Better block seperation in pages databases

I'd like to see blocks placement in pages databases act like forums, Gallery, Blog etc... For example, if I stick a block on my forum index the block doesn't appear anywhere else after the index whether it be in a sidebar or main location. This allows us to define our forum index page pretty well without the follow through of it showing everywhere else after you click into categories posts etc... This same function should appear for databases imo. We should be able to define our database index without it rolling over into the rest of the database pages. This is especially important for sites that use the articles/news database or similar.

If I create a links database for example that database then becomes an application like blogs etc imo and should flow the same way as the rest of IPB..
