Date of Birth order

In the About Me page of profile the date shows in MM/DD/YYYY format, is it possible to change it to European standard of DD/MM/YYYY?

 

 

 

I can't find a setting for this, even though my forum posts are displaying correctly as DD/MM/YYYY.
