Create a payment gateway in 4.1.x

In 3.x, there is an article covering the creation of a custom payment gateway:

The above instructions however do not work for ipb 4.x

Can anybody help me reproduce the step of Adding a record to nexus_gateways (described in the link above) in ipb 4.x?

*I wouldn't have asked this question here if IPB support would have answered me. They said that documentation is in work and until then i should find support here...  it beats me why i'm paying for support...i'm quite annoyed by this.
