I am having a hard time searching and finding any information for this. The new update is telling me to login to my FTP to update the files for 4.1

I'm using the cloud hosting, though. I don't see where I was ever given access to FTP?

Login to the Client Area and click Purchases & Downloads on the left, then click the name of your hosting package on the right

Next page at the top are the credentials for FTP.

If you're using Filezilla, a recent update from them forces all connections to use TLS by default.

Some users have issues using TLS depending on their local configuration, so to switch Filezilla back to use standard FTP, you must open up the "Site Manager" in Filezilla and add your site manually. When doing so, select the standard FTP connection method on port 21 ("Use Plain FTP") and neither of the TLS options.

Save the entry, then open your site from the site manager to connect.
