Video with code, not link

When inserting the code provided by Vimeo into the editor for my pages articles it will not scale properly for responsiveness. Do I need to add some code before/after the code provided by Vimeo?

I can't simply copy the "www.vimeo.com/36448" because I need to edit the code as the video is not 16:9 and I need to edit the container to get the proper aspect ratio.
