Default Langauge

As per the support team feedback , language selection is based on the browser identifying its language.

Even if i do  set another language as the default, when a visitor arrives using a browser that identifies itself as using English, that's the English  language that will be chosen.

The only way to force all visitors to see The other language is delete English and  is to have only the other language available.

Which is not optimum for non English Forums.
