Hi guys,

did anyone run into the problem yet that template changes stop to actually take effect? Changing my block template code will show in the custom block (under view template) but neither the preview nor the actual site reflect the code change.

I.e. if I delete all code from the template, go to blocks and view the template the code is gone but the preview still shows images from my recent gallery images.

This is actually not the first time it happened but I renstalled a few times for other reasons and that fixed this issue.

What are the caching settings for the block?

I have caching method set to no caching under advanced opttions. Is there a setting for individual blocks?

I didn't change any settings though, I only worked on block templates. It just stopped working today.... again, don't want to re install again.

If you go to ACP > System > Support and then click "Something isn't working correctly" and then "Continue" a few times it will flush the caches.

I have thanks genrobgen but unfortunately that didn't fix it either. I submitted a support ticket. I hope they will be able to fix it. Considering that this is the third time this started to happen I'd like to know a way to fix it.
