When i upgrade from 3 to 4, do i need to translate *everything* from start? Using finnish: http://hoitajat.net

yes, you have to translate everything, because there is currently no available translation of Finnish ....

You can do it from admin panel:

Customization -> Languages -> Translate

Really, nothing gets upgraded from 3.x?
