Hello,

I installedIPS 4.0 to test. So, I would like to migrate topics, posts, members... all data 3.4 to 4.0.

What can I use to migrate it?

You would have to (easy way) simply install a copy/backup of your live site / 3.4.x data then upgrade it to 4.0 :)

There is no migration, it is an upgrade, like any other upgrade you've done. Upload and overwrite 3.4 files and follow upgrade instructions after logging into ACP. Backup first. ;)
