Custom profile fields values keys?

Hi there,

In IPB 3.x, we were able to define custom profile fields with couples of key / value.
For instance, with a radio button: 0=Yes, 1=No.

I can't find such a system in IPS4, and that makes it difficult for me to trigger things depending on the custom profile fields values.

How could we do that in IPS4 ?
