[RC6] Upgraded from 3.4.7 now FURLS not working?

Hi all,

I just upgraded from 3.4.7 to 4.0 RC6 and now any of my FURLS are not working, I've checked the admin cp and can't find anything that could be the cause?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Could this be because I'm using  LiteSpeed Web Server and the rewrite rules are not correct?

Actually just managed to fix this, it appears that the old .htaccess file for rewrites is still needed, however there is no mention of this during the upgrade nor in the admin CP!

yes, keep the htaccess during upgrade, otherwise login is difficult :-)

I saw an option to download the htaccess in ips4, but I don't remember where..

Go to System --> Search Engine Optimization (Under Site Promotion)

Under the 2nd option on the Friendly URL's tab is a link to download .htaccess
