Hi All,

 

How can I install a local dev version of the version 4 suite so I can implement plugins/enhancements in a controlled environment without introducing bugs into our live site.  Trying to enter the license it suggests (probably quite correctly) that the license is only meant for one domain.  The lack of alternative documentation for the new version coupled with the amount of money charged is frankly staggering!

do you mean on localhost ??

remember for test forum you must enter -TESTINSTALL after your license number

Thanks for your answer, you were correct in assuming I was meaning installing on localhost.  That did the trick ;-) - for posterity you want your license number followed by "-TESTINSTALL" without the quotes.

Where would this be in the documentation?!
