Is there a way to have New Content (and Activity Steam for that matter, for guests) default to Topics. Yes they can set it to what they want, but I want the default to be Topics.

Matter of fact it should default to the section you are in like in 3.4. Why is it not doing that? Can we please have this back, at least in an ACP setting?

Just made a plugin setting TOPICS as default type for NEW CONTENT, not only for guests.
