vB paid subscriptions to 4.0

Waiting for 4.0 for a conversion but how will it handle paid subscriptions to Commerce? Do we create the products in Commerce first and then map them? Or is it going to create them?

Will it import expired subscriptions so we have a record? What about invoices?

I guess we have to wait for 4.0 and the converter to find out, but it would be nice to know in advance how it is going to work.

Convert to 3.x  and then upgrade.

I'll wait. Been waiting  a few years anyway! vB is 3.8.

Can we test the converter now? Or do we have to wait for 4.0 release?

I would think it would need some beta testing.
