I know that IPS 4 detects the language of guest's browser and set the same language of the board, regardless of whatever set in ACP. 

Is there a way to disable that feature? I would like to use only one (local) language for my forum.

In RC2, this was possible. What I did is that I disabled the English language and left only my local language. However, this does not work in RC4.

I second this question.

I need to set the guest default language to one different than what the browser has detected and currently it is possible only if the user explicitly selects the language from the small menu in the footer.

Anyone found a solution for this?

It works if I completely disable "English" in ACP, but if I do so I can't use english as default language of the ACP.

Just want the front-end to display in my custom language for all guest users.
