In ACP is there somewhere to force a member to change his password 

This is if i create the user and give them a password

And is there password strength somewhere

I can't find it and my search facility has stopped working in ACP (have a ticket on this)

Guessing i should ask this in the IPS4.x Feature Requests then ?
