Pages: what templates do I edit to change article view?

I'm trying to skin Pages, but I'm not able to find the correct templates to edit, specifically Article view?

ACP -> Pages -> Templates -> Category Articles -> entry

That will be specifically for the front where articles are viewed. If you mean a single article record,

ACP -> Pages -> Templates -> Display -> record

I wouldn’t change the default templates though. Go to the template editor and create a new one (Add database template). You will then be asked what type of database template you want to create. After you have created that template, you assign it to your database in the database settings.
